Gather the pricing, commission, and labor information before accessing the Catalog Settings.
- Confirm the parts markup to the sales department.
- Confirm if accessories are sold at MSRP.
- Speak to the Service Manager.
- Confirm internal and external labor rates.
- Speak to the General or Sales Manager.
- Confirm the commissions being paid to the sales representatives.
- Confirm the main contact for the accessories system.
- Confirm the email addresses to receive orders.
