Making a change to an accessory price, labor, image, or description.
- Log in with username and password.
- Select Accessories.
- Select Accessories Search.
- Search for an accessory by selecting a vehicle, a specific accessory number, or a name.
- Under the actions column, select the pencil icon to open the Accessory Editor.
- Ensure Details is selected.
- Locate Description.
Note: Any field grayed out is not available to change.
- Edit Long Description. (if applicable)
- Enter Fitment Notes. (if applicable)
- Enter Disclaimer Text. (if applicable)
Note: Fitment Notes and Disclaimer Text are certain information to make people aware of any issues that may be applicable.
- Enter Dealer Notes. (if applicable)
- Locate Pricing on the right.
Note: MSRP cannot be updated.
- Update Dealer Cost.
- Update Parts Dept Markup.
- Update Labor Time.
Note: If you change the labor time, the OE recommended time will appear below the update.
- Update Internal Labor Rate. (if applicable)
- Update External Labor Rate. (if applicable)
- Enter Paint Cost.
Note: Paint Cost only is shown if the accessory is primed.
- Locate How is Retail Price Calculated.
- Select Retail Price Override.
Tip: Retail Price Override is used to set a new retail price.
Tip: To set the Retail Price as $0, enter 0.001 in Retail Price Override.
- Enter the new price in Amount.
- Locate Featured/Hidden.
- Select Feature accessory globally to highlight the accessory.
- Select Hide accessory globally to remove availability to purchase.
- Select Save.
- Ensure Images is selected.
- Select Choose File.
- Locate image on computer.
- Select open to upload a replacement image.
Note: You may revert the picture to its original.
Tip: We recommend the file name includes the accessory number and be unique.
Warning: Images are 5MB max. JPG, PNG, and WebP format only.
- Select Save.
- Ensure Fitment is selected.
Note: Fitment lets you view all the vehicles this accessory fits on.
Note: Fitment may be exported to Excel.
- Remember to save your changes.
