How do I look up an employee’s username? 

• Dealership user information is in Users in the Settings area. You’ll find the username on the list.

How do I find an employee’s password?

• Passwords are not visible to anyone in the system. You may reset their password by editing their user information.

What are the guidelines for usernames and passwords?

• There are no character limits for usernames and passwords. However, they are case-sensitive.

How do I add new accounts for my new employees?

• Create new employees by selecting the New User button from the users' list.

How do I categorize my service writers in your system since there is no service dropdown?

• Most dealers select Parts Counter as their User Level and Role. 
• You can create a new Role and choose the permissions specific to the service writers.
