Login and Begin Setup

Accessing the Catalog Settings

  • Select Login in the upper right corner of the retail site.
  • Enter your username and password.

Login

  • Select Settings.
  • Select Catalog.

General

  • Ensure General is selected.

  • Locate Contact Details.
  • Verify First Name of main contact.
  • Verify Last Name of main contact. 
  • Confirm the Phone for the dealership is accurate.

Note: The phone number appears for your customers.

  • Verify the Mailing Address.

Note: The Mailing Address appears on printed materials.

  • Locate the Notifications Group.
  • Add the email address that receives orders. 

Note: There is no limit to the number of email addresses. 

Tip: Include individuals from the parts and service departments.

    • Select the red +.
    • Continue this process until all email addresses are entered.
    • Select the red trashcan to delete an email address.

  • Select the red save in the upper right corner of the area.

Once saved, select the Change History tab to review the changes made.
