Who is notified at my dealership when an order is submitted?

  • The Notifications Group contains the email addresses of the individuals who will receive the order email. Please review the Login and Getting Started article for more details.

How do we add an item to an already submitted order?

  • You cannot add items to an order that is submitted. You will need to submit a new order to include the missing item.

What happens if someone accidentally processes an order?

  • Customer Care can help you reset the order to Submitted or Acknowledged. Please send them an email with the order number and what the status of the order should be.

Does your system order the parts from the manufacturer?

  • The accessory system does not order the parts from the manufacturer. You will place a separate order with the manufacturer if you still need to get the item in stock.
